Texas Star Bank debit cards look like a credit card, but work like a check. Our debit cards are accepted anywhere Visa is accepted, and they can also be used as an ATM card.

Due to large amounts of fraud, Texas Star Bank blocks transactions from foreign countries. If you are traveling outside of the U.S, you will need to notify us so that your debit card will work.

Debit Cards are subject to Credit Approval.
